Where he is a licensed lawyer and IP agent in Saudi Arabia. He actively contributes as a board member for several industrial and commercial companies. With extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious legal matters, Dr. Alshawaf is recognized for his adeptness in navigating complex legal environments.
On the contentious front, he has effectively represented major corporate clients such as Huawei, Tekfen, Sansui, Pizza Hut, Olayan Group, and Incom (Italy) in high-stakes litigation and arbitration cases involving multi-million SAR disputes. His role as a mediator for large corporations further showcases his capability in managing and resolving intricate commercial conflicts. Dr. Alshawaf’s profound understanding of commercial law and industry insights allow him to provide strategic direction that aligns with the firm’s goals and enhances its competitive position.
As a member of the Saudi Arabian Bar and the Arbitration Committee of the GCC, he actively shapes the legal landscape in the region.
